Sunday, October 21, 2012. On September 28th we celebrated Lauren being seizure free for 2 years! It is almost impossible to comprehend that it has been that long since we have seen her have any seizure. It has been an amazing 2 years as we have watched her regain skills and progress to levels we never thought she would reach. She still has her struggles cognitively but is doing so well. This blog is for recipe posting. I got the idea from my brother. We both love to try new recipes and thought it would be cool to share them. Sunday, September 26, 2010. 1 lb of sausage out of the casing, browned. 1 cup of rice, cooked. 1 Cut tops of peppers and remove seeds. 2 Combine all ingredients except peppers and cheese. 3 Stuff peppers with all ground sausage mixture. 5 potatoes, peeled and shredded.
