Thursday, April 25, 2013. Our heads are spinning because of what has happened already in 2013. Let me back up to January. In January we realized that we were getting back a significant amount from our tax return. I casually mentioned to Cory that maybe it was enough for a down payment for a house and he agreed. We looked in to getting an FHA loan and were pre-approved almost immediately. April 6th our bid was submitted. April 7th we found out that someone had out bid us. April 11th Cory sees the house th.
