Una manera de aprovechar el arroz cocido que nos sobra y quedan muy ricos, la receta la vi en la revista Cocina fácil. Unos 350 g de arroz cocido, unos 150 g en crudo. 50 g de queso semicurado rallado. 1 cucharada de orégano seco. Preparamos la masa batiendo en un cuenco el huevo con la harina y medio vaso de agua. Tomamos porciones de la masa con una cuchara y freímos en el aceite hasta que estén dorados por todas partes.
