Sunday, March 16, 2014. Bought our first home in February, and have been lacking sleep every since. Amber has been hard at work getting the place cleaned up and painted. Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Day Eight- Normandy and Northern France. Here I am in front of the wall of flags of Allies. Dave overlooking Omaha beach where the majority of US troops came onshore - and the majority lost their lives. Through the tree you can see the graves. so many of them! I believe around 6,000 men and women lost their lives that day and on the following few days. Very well maintained, beautiful, and peaceful setting. Almost a reverent feeling abounds. And I am pretty sure that so far in her little life it was the best night ever! She never stopped smiling and posing for anyone with a camera. And on a Disney Cruise thats a lot of cameras. This was Jimbos favorite pose. The whole family and obviously DJ wasnt into it. I really need to defend my kids for a second. The only dinner time.CONTENT
