On August 31, 2010 I started the HCG diet I lost 45lbs and have since gone off it. I gained most of it back, I am not a fan! 2012 Hopes to be a better me! Wednesday, November 21, 2012. My weight is still coming off, I am at 189. 0 and I have lost a total of 13 inches! Wednesday, November 7, 2012. I am still loosing even though I had a bad week on points!
