Tuesday, 5 April 2011. I have now been smoke free for 3 weeks today, whooooo! I have had some bad days and some good days, whereby craving have been more intense some days, but I keep going. Today was a bad day, its all I have thought about today is ciggies, I kept trying to distract myself, but the thought kept creeping back in my mind, I just couldnt get the thought out of my head. So as a result, I have ended up popping more Niquitin minis today, just to take the edge off the cravings. Boy! Glad tod.
