Sunday, April 01, 2018. Spring has dawned over the Skagit Valley. Arts Commission showed film Sunday. Firefighters climb to top of Columbia Center. Representing Skagit County Fire District 13 at the Scott Firefighter Stair Climb on March 11 were Charlie Baldwin, Woody Weiss and Conrad DeGroot. This annual, national Stair Climb supports the mission of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, raising money through sponsorship, individual and department fundraising and entry fees.
There is a group of women in Hollywood who are very active politically and have developed some very strong connections to Washington DC. The last time the channel was dredged was in 2008.
