Serving the Children of La Conner. At the December 6th meeting, the La Conner Kiwanis presented Marlene with a check for the La Conner Braves Club. The proceeds were from the recent Chowder by the Channel Fundraiser. October Students of the Month. Kiwanis Arts and Crafts Bazaar. Calling all artists and crafts people. The 8th annual Kiwanis Arts and Crafts Bazaar will be November 5th in the Middle School. We are looking for vendo.

Friday, August 23, 2013. We are gearing up for the Fall. If you are interested in our free computer classes, give us a call and we will sign you up. The next series will run on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 11, and 18 at 9 am at the library. This series is geared for the very beginner and designed to help you learn the basics. They are also pretty low key and fun. We have lots of new books on the new book shelf.
