Monday, January 28, 2008. I will make no promises this time, for I do not know if I want an empty life with time or a busy one with none. Friday, August 17, 2007. Happy 60th Birthday India! Our cleaning maid has a son who is thirteen years old and does not go to school. He is her step-son and his mother sends him to work so that her real son can go to school and live a better life. My mom cooked lunch for one extra person that day.
