To start though I need to make sure to wish Adam a Happy Birthday! It was the beginning of February. He is amazing, juggling school, research, family, and church demands and yet we still get to spend lots and lots of time together.
We painted our toes this morning to celebrate the nice weather we have been enjoying lately. This was Jane first time. So it took a while, but here it is November. Playing in the leaves with friends. This was her new thing to do when we asked her to smile for the camera.

Why the title for this blog? I struggle with staying positive in the sight of adversity. It is very easy for me to dwell on the negative aspects of my situation and miss the blessings that come from the trial and so I will use this blog to help me stay focused on the rainbows of my life.
