Brev från Kulturella Utlandsstyrkan i Japan. Japan, jag hatar att du är som du är, men jag älskar att du inte är som Sverige. Studierna går som på räls. Poängen haglar in, lön för mödan. En mer abstrakt men tusenfalt mer livsavgörande och fin lön jämfört med mitt feta lönekuvert som IKEA Japan generöst betalade ut. Nu bor jag i Sverige i några år, smider mitt svärd, vässar min penna och smörjer min tunga. Sedan, när tiden är inne så återvänder jag till Japan för nya kulturella clasher och fröjder.
