Sunday, January 8, 2012. Behold, the swollen, over-ripe state of a woman so ready to get this baby out that she will do anything, even allow her husband to take pictures of her looking like this. I was going to take before and after photos of my belly, but I think what would be more impressive is a before and after photo of my nose.

Thursday, August 13, 2015. Friday, July 17, we packed and made sure we had everything before saying our final good-byes to the rental home. I took a few photos before we left. It was a very home-y place to stay.

Our ward and 5th ward hosted a pancake breakfast at the new pavilion that was just completed at our meetinghouse. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Cactus Blossoms at Boyce Thompson. A couple of days ago, I posted a short overview of our visit to Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Since Highway 60 has just been widened to four lanes most of the way, the Arboretum is an accessible day-trip from the Valley, and well worth the visit. It took up about 40 minutes to get there, making it closer than the Cerreta Candy factory, or most of the West Valley. Palo Verde blossoms up close. See that pretty green bark? Here is a prickly pear.
