As the new year begins, we all look at our lives and wonder what we can do to improve them. i often times make mile-long lists of resolutions, but this year is different. although there are a million and one ways i can better my life, im going to keep it simple and focus on one thing compassion. So, i guess its time for me to become friends with me. I will surely come up with concrete ways to prove that i am focusing on the task at hand, but for now i will simply meditate on the word of the hour.CONTENT
