Living Happily and Healthfully. Monday, April 27, 2009. Rode 16 miles today. It felt so nice. I love climbing up the Hike and Bike hills. I had a realization today. I think my road bike was the greatest thing to ever occur. I cant get the seat fixed in the proper angle though, which makes for a killer ride. literally. In other news, I have offically detoxed for 34 days, and I have never felt better. I believe this is permanent - in more aspect that one. . Wednesday, March 25, 2009. I feel so bala.

Ministry Beginnings

So what have we done? It is an old wooden house that has been used as a restaurant for the past number of years. It was pretty run down and needed a lot of work but it met with our criteria - location, size and price, so we took it. What proved to be a real challenge was finding a graphic desig.

We managed to get her down safely but consuming the sugar needed to get her off the hill and stave off hypoglycaemia saw them swing the other way into hyperglycaemia which required an ambulance to be called from the motorway. I am glad to say all is now well and although we took the right course of action on the hill, there are still some learning points for all of us. Wednesday, 8 July 2015.
