The ramblings of a knitting and dark chocolate addict! Tuesday, June 19, 2012. I have decided after a long hiatus to give blogging another try. Alot has happened in the past year and a half since I last wrote here. I have done alot of knitting and joined a Scottish Pipe and Drum band as a drummer. This past spring the Pipe Major of our band found me a tenor drum teacher! Unfortunately I have to drive about an hour to get to my lessons but she is great! AND I got to buy some pretty tenor sticks! Here are .
In 2003 I was a freshman in college. Uni life opened up a ton of new experiences for me that I never had access to in high school. I had a roommate for the first time in my life. There were new sports to try and new subjects to learn and new religions to explore. One thing that introduced me to nearly everything else was the Fencing club. Swordplay, huzzah! I thought it died hundreds of years ago? When I finally got it, I only wore it for about a week.
