Monday, August 19, 2013. Today, if former President Manuel Luis Quezon is still alive, we will be celebrating his 135th year. In Quezon City, it is declared as Special Non-Working Holiday. If I am not mistaken, Quezon and Aurora Provinces is also on holiday. It was raining the whole evening of yesterday til today. Overnight, the streets, avenues, main roads, boulevard of Metro Manila and nearby provinces were flooded.
