Our little boy arrived in August 2011. Soon after his birth, we found out he had a congenital heart defect along with several other issues. He was later diagnosed with CHARGE Syndrome. We are navigating the world of syndromes, genetics, heart defects, and hearing loss. all the while watching our little boy amaze everyone. Wednesday, October 16, 2013. My life with my three nenes. The summer is been a hot one, nenes you went to the beach with Y, and had a blast. Away from that vacation, we have gone out on the boat, lots of reading, and playing outside. Amir you are starting to talk allot, can not wait till you can communicate with all of us, that would avoid so many frustrations between you and me. Kindergarten came to an end. We were invited to a party Saturday night and on Sunday friends came over to do trick or treat. As usual we had a great time with all of our friends. Thursday, June 28, 2012. We bought a large inflatable pool for out back this year and the kids have been loving it! They have been interacting really well for the most part the last week and it has been awesome to see and hear Lily responding to Simon more gently and using her words more often. Lily and her sassy-ness are ready to go! Home for a few days.
