Saturday, November 20, 2010. Ten years ago, walking along the beach in Outer Banks, North Carolina, I shot my hands up in the air. Really high and stretched out. I continued walking like this and realized how great it felt. I even spun a few times. Immediately I felt uplifted. I tried this again a few years later on Golden Gate Bridge. It was still awesome!
