I found it perfect for my little girl who usually needs a top up between school and her afternoon classes. Its terrific the next day for brekkie, toasted with a little butter coupled with a glass of milk for my girl or a cup of tea for us big people. 2 cups self-raising flour. 50g walnuts, chopped roughly.
