There is so much to see and do on Galveston Island and the city is so rich with history, that we barely scratched the surface on our 5 day vacation, so we have lots to look forward to in the years to come.
Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Last spring Matt was working for a Wind Energy Company that was a 2 hour commute Each. We put our house on the market over Labor Day and Matt went on his way to Midland. We stayed back hoping our house would sell quickly. Our Realtor told us we would be having Thanksgiving together in Midla.

We were supposed to be going to see Twilight, Breaking Dawn, and they surprised me before the movie with a huge Twilight themed surprise party, complete with vampire coffin desserts, vampire teeth, and cutouts of my face transformed to look like a vampire.
