Sunday, August 09, 2015. Brayden and Maestra Rosado, his 2nd grade teacher. Brayden is almost fluent in Spanish because of her! Brayden with Maestra Root, his English teacher. She taught his class for 1.5 hours a day in English. The rest of his day was in Spanish. This is a picture of me about to do a squat clean. My previous record was 95 and this day I double PRd. My new max was 115. I was pretty proud of myself! Now if I could only figure out how to get them all to Hawaii. Last day at Crossfit!CONTENT
