Monday, October 29, 2012. I am now 29 weeks! At my last OB appointment, I have put on 25 lbs so far. Twin pregnancies are recommended to gain between 35-45 lbs, so I am getting closer. The babies are now about the size of acorn squashes. Had my MFM specialist appointment on friday,. Things are still looking good. Baby A Weston is 2 lbs 7 oz. Baby B Arthor is 2 lbs 4 oz.
