Monday, October 4, 2010. So far, week one done - eight more weeks to go! I weighed in this morning with about 3 lbs lost this last week. Wahoo! Now, I am only 6 lbs away from no longer being OBESE, according to my BMI chart. Tuesday, September 28, 2010. I really enjoyed the challenge of the 5k rac.

Thursday, October 21, 2010. I am constantly craving food. I have picked up on my exercise since being sick, but the over eating is getting to me. I am so far staying at the 214 pounds mark, but worry that come Sunday the scale will go through the roof. The exercising is getting harder to stay motivated to do. Tuesday, September 28, 2010. This morning I started with my new trainer and it was great. Kami and Zac own energy Explosion that has moved to Spanish Fork. I decided to do another 100 days with Brook. This is going to be great. I had a lot of endurance and I was able to do what they threw at me. Wednesday, June 16, 2010. I went in for my first training session on Wednesday. We did cardio workout on the bicycle, treadmill, and elliptical. We also did a whole bunch of different weight workouts. It was a good work out! I look forward to being pushed by my trainer to go further than I think I can. I look forward to the morning for the nutrition class. I think eating is going to be my biggest problem. I am going to take good notes and see what I can do to make my eating habits better.

Oj nu var det länge sedan jag var inne. Men mysigt hade vi! Om 3 veckor ska vi renovera lite hemma. Det blir tapetsering och målning av våra sovrum. Äntligen! Sedan ska vi sätta upp en trävägg som fondvägg i vårt sovrum, råplank eller råspont. Det kommer bli snyggt! Men det här med barntapet är svååååårt! Lite smått å gott.
