Now I can have Crisco for supper! After a healthy breakfast of old-fashioned oats, dried fruit, and a generous topping of Kashi GOLEAN. I thought I was doing well. But then I had a homemade white bean-pasta-mustard green soup with plenty of garlic! A megasalad, and some homemade sourdough wheat bran bread for lunch. Im feeling so healthy and fibrous right now. I think my belly is going to explode. Maybe I will need new trousers in which to eat my Crisco. Much love to you. A 1246. Meph My throat hurts.
