Thursday, June 12, 2008. Finalization Date is Finalized! Well, when we were in court last Tuesday afternoon, the judge defaulted the birthfather with no hesitations. He also set our finalization date for July 15! That was exciting news for us - generally adoptions are not finalized for at least 6 months. Gods hand is so evidently at work!
