Saturday, January 19, 2013. Okay so, I wrote about my childhood friends. I mentioned Vaughn Lee Davis. Now I will tell the rest of the story. I cried and talked to him for over an hour. We have had a couple of conversations since then. I am hoping at some point that he can come visit all of us. Sunday, September 30, 2012. I started Kindergarten in Orem. Sunday, March 06, 2011. A Little Taste of Spring. This was the day when we had a very nice weather, it almost feels like its Spring already. Hopefully, gets warmer this week. I have so much ideas in my mind right now. And what annoys me most is that, this is the place where my tiny man loves to go, he takes anything his little hands can get into.
The Long and Short of Baking Bread in Athens, OH. My first baking love was the French Baguette. From the thick crust that crackles as it leaves the oven, to the light as air inards with a crumb as large as my thumb, the baguette had truly stolen my heart. Using Grapes from Shade Winery just down the road in Albany, Ohio, I collected yeast and began my very own high gluten wild yeast starters.
