30am alarm set on iPhone! Race for the shower. Quick check on Facebook and email on laptop before heading for bus. Collected junk mail from letterbox and threw it out. Walked to bus stop advertising and billboards at local shop and garage. Missed the bus so checked local weather, Fb and deleted email on phone.
