What is a Kettlebell? First of all I must mention that my new toy has finally arrived! My new Gymboss interval timer! Here is a pic. This little machine is going to make my interval workouts SO much easier! As I rarely do any cardio on the machines at the gym now, this gives me so many more options than my polar heart rate monitor and it will also save me from friggin looking at my watch all the time when doing timed exercises! This will also give me some time to get more or my Cert 4 subjects done.
