It was a quick trip-only 3 days since Julio had to get back to work. We had a great time and it was so nice for the cousins to be able to spend time together. It was unusually cold that day! We struggled to keep warm! Yesenia and I stayed with the little girls.

Monday, May 11, 2015. Making the Chocolate No-bake tart. I saw a video on Facebook that several of my friends had posted, so I thought I would try my hand at making it. I had some problems with the mechanics of the recipe, though. I think I may need look into making more tarts.
