Making time for some sewing. Asside from the Busyness I managed to make a bit of time for sewing. I am being taught to Quilt by my friend and accomplished quilter Manderley Primrose, who is such a great teacher, very patient with perfect attention to detail. Thankfully we are starting simple, I have hand sewn these pieces into pairs now and just about to start joining the pairs to look like the one on the left! There was a fairly big piece left over of this Tula Pink Neptune.
Pigeons lined up ready to devour everything in sight. We have an award einning allotmenteer on our sight but he hasnt been seen this year. Nobody seems to know why so a little worried. Anyway, the pigeons have moved in snd set up camp on and above his plot. Brassicas planted out this week so a cover of enviromesh made. We have used this rather than netting hoping that it will also keep away those horrible little thrips. Yes, we have tomatos.
