Sunday, March 6, 2011. Our Sweet Tatum turned 3 on February 28th. We had a really fun party. We were able to rent the small theater and watch Tangled. The years have gone by so fast. Our little Tatum is now a big girl. This is the cake I made for Tatum. I had a fun time making it. Sunday, February 27, 2011. I had such a great 30th birthday. Am I really 30? Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Dillon and his cousins decorating Easter eggs. The Easter Bunny made it to our house and even left tracks. Joe tried to take some pictures of our kidders Easter moring. So we tried again after church. It went about as good. This is about as good as we got.
Sunday, April 14, 2013. Last month Matt finally took the National Registry for EMTs. He was nervous about remembering things because he had waited over a month after his classes had ended to take it. How did we ever believe we could budget for the unknown? That was the blog post I had drafted on Wednesday. I met a lady who unknowingly impacted on me with such force; it made me collide with a critical analysis of myself.
Two kids, one mom and a galaxy of recipes. This one required a lot of involvement from me, as the only real preparation involved here was cutting up the veggies. I let Peter do some of the easy cutting, like slicing the tomatoes in half, but then I had to do the dicing. He also helped me peel the onion and the avocado. Posted in Snacks and Sides.
