Saturday, December 23, 2006. Taiwanese always eat rice ball in a winter solstice. My mom cooked a big rice ball with salty soup for me last night! The soup is cooked with vegetables, small shrimp and mushrooms. And the big rice ball which had dry radish, lean meat inside, and wraped with glutinous rice. The shape like a ball. After graduating from senior high school, I moved to Taipei and rented a house for living by myself because of finishing my university study.
