Hong Kong Honeymoon, or Dim Sum is Delicious. In June we spent 5 amazing days in Hong Kong, one of the truly cosmopolitan, international cities of the world. Think giant skyscrapers that make Manhattan seem small, delicious noodle shops the size of a walk-in closet, lush steep hills filled with huge trees, temples, and the occasional parrot, and in the midst of it all the historic Star Ferry chugging peacefully across the harbor.
