Preheated oven at 150C. Sieve flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt into a dry container. Put butter and sugar in a bowl, cream untill creamy white. Add beaten eggs a little of a time. Beat well after each addition Add essence, milk and mashed banana.
