Map of KC Lunch Spots. Excitement was pretty high before this place opened. Haus planned to focus on good beer served in appropriate glasses, artisan sausages from the Local Pig and Belgian style. The beer list is pretty extensive with an emphasis on Belgian and German brews with a fair number of American craft options as well.
I have been making pattern welded steel, also known as Damascus, for over 20 years. A KC Blade is made ONLY by KC. I am a one man operation and make every piece from start to finish. I do not sub-contract any portion of my steel swords or knives. When I finish your sword or knive and pass it to you there is a part of me in the finished piece.
