Thursday, 1 April 2010. Old friend, new locale. This has been the month of visitors, here in DC. Not just because of the Cherry Blossom festival which brings hundreds of thousands of people into the city, but because several of my friends and family members have come to visit us in the last few weeks! Too many nice people, young people. Non smokers, good helpful people. It challenges me to keep any optimism that there is something or someone watching out for us when these people are in pain who certainly did nothing to deserve it.
