Thursday, August 28, 2008. Starting last week I became less than 100 dedicated to my weight loss effort. Thats putting it lightly.I sucked it up. I let my emotions STRESS get the best of me. I ate as if I didnt care at all. The weekend came which included house guests and a barbecue. I DID manage to get my 15 mile run in on Saturday but then proceeded to enjoy in all the dishes.
