Saturday, April 30, 2011. We have a large feild near our house where we walk with our dog Cara. It changes through the seasons and I have been loving that the mud has dried and we can go in without wellies. Its largely green grass and has sporadic patches that glow yellow with dandelions. These will soon give way to lots of buttercups and then some poppies will sprout - if last years cycle is anything to go by. I have to inform you that I picked one yesterday and my sheets were dry this morning.

Monday, February 09, 2009. So heres the update on my knee situation. I went to Physio today, nice wee place and the guy was pretty cool and helpful. So down to the nitty gritty, it appears to be my old knee cap, its rolling around too much, because of kind of degeneration, doesnt that sound lovely! Sooo the jist of it all is its fixable, I just have to always do my exercises and keep the faith Im really glad I went now, because I didnt have a clue what to do, I wouldnt have known I had a slack .CONTENT
