We had the heat and the humidity so a perfect day to spend on a boat hanging out in Clearwater Bay. Morne turned 40 so we all had a reason to get out and celebrate. Great day, great fun and some fun costumes to get the party started. Hong Kong - Still hot and humid. The 90F plus days of summer seem here and seem to want to stay. And the humidity is over the top. Was up 29 floors today signing some documents - and checked out the view.

Well, I am back in London, at Gregs house once again for my last two nights before my plane home tomorrow. Boil the syrup for 40-50 minutes on mid-high heat. You boil til it reaches the thickness that you would prefer.

I told Cord I would share this recipe. 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped. Additional whipped cream for top of pie. Mix gelatin and cold water together. Add boiling water and sugar; stir until dissolved. Add lemonade concentrate; stir until dissolved. Fold unsweetened whipped cream into chilled mixture.
