Last weekend was spent in New York, celebrating a big birthday, and the order of the weekend was food, fizz, and friends- and definitely not running. However, in order to keep myself in check just a little, I signed up for the Ladies First half marathon. Which took place in Shore Road Park. In Brooklyn, just a few miles as the crow flies from our Air BNB in downtown Manhattan. The race was slickly organised by NYCRuns.
