It is funny to think back on my first season and how things have changed. Year 1 Move to Vail for one season, work in ski shop, apply to law school, decide to stay through mud season and see what the buzz about summer is all about. Year 2 Defer admission to law school, continue work at ski shop, move horse to Vail, fall in love with summer in the mountains.

Monday, December 22, 2008. Michelle over at Curls, Spunk, and Monkey Chunk. I think she is tired of seeing that same old running picture of me. This is what I have to do. 1 go to the pictures folder on your computer. 2 open the sixth folder. 3 pull up the sixth picture. I took this photo last spring while visiting Boston. I was on the Freedom Trail and this was the stop at the graveyard where Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, the victims of the Boston Massacre.

The musings of an English lass in a foreign city. Saturday, 9 November 2013. It was my last day in Tokyo today, after a fab few days at the International Bazaar. I managed to fit a lot in, including a trip to Kuramae to buy clasps, a trip to Nippori to buy fabric, a trip to my favourite ramen shop for tan tan men, and then a final trip to Loft, where I found some dubious machines to help lose weight. Something to help tone up the mouth muscles. Even the eye muscles get a workout.
