So, why would I go rock climbing? Along with being active Ive also been trying to eat healthier. Ive been juicing in an effort to get more veggies into my diet. I have done the 3 day cleanse and Ive followed the reboot. My energy level was good. Most juices tasted better than I thought they would. Its easier to do than I planned.
