Wednesday, April 18, 2012. 1 medium onion chopped,. 2 cups eggplant cubed,. 2 cups yellow lentils,. 2 cups cooked chickpeas,. 1t red pepper flakes,. Salt and black pepper to taste,. Chopped green onion for garnish. Fry onion and eggplant in olive oil until browned. Add 5 cups of water and the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low heat for an hour. Serve with green onion for garnish.

Tuesday, July 9, 2013. I have just decided to finally get a tattoo on my foot. There is a story behind the design and why I wanted one. A few years ago I went through a really hard time in my personal life and relationship with God. I kept asking God why certain things happened to me. I started questioning a lot of my life in general.
