For breakfast I had smoked salmon on avocado toast. I was disappointed when I went to Van Loc for lunch and found them closed. But I settled for Pho Saigon instead and was not disappointed. Spring rolls and pho on a cool day. Nothing beats it! As usual I had a soft pretzel for a snack at the training center. Now if I can just roll myself on to the treadmill.
