Im pretty excited about how this turned out, and I feel the need to share this love. 1 cup all purpose gluten free blend. 34 cup white sugar I havent tried to use agave - I will try that next time and report back. 1 12 tsp salt. 34 cup yellow corn meal. 12 tsp xanthan gum. 3 12 tsp baking powder. 1 cup almond milk.
