Wednesday, April 08, 2015. My little learners have been working SO hard on their reading these past few months and I am VERY excited to show what what they have been up to! After reading the progressive phrase 3 times, we got to work on the comprehension questions. My little readers also drew a picture to show me what they know about the phrase. Drawing a picture is such an effective way to have kids tell you about a story.

Saturday, January 26, 2013. Now that our school year is half way over, I wanted to take a minute to catch up on some things we have done. I have been trying to take pictures throughout the year of some of the projects we have done. In August, we did some really fun apple paintings. Monday, June 2, 2014. Thanks to my students I got a few coffee mugs this year. I finally had time to decorate one. I used some pictures of my son and some wonderful sayings I found on the web about special needs and autism. Here is the blank canvas. My hubby bought this gem at the thrift store. They are a little to big.
