The weather was not and we spent half of the Friday tipping pools of water from our stall roof. The Snap Deli team made some delicious Bakewell Tarts and Flapjacks using our preserves and the Sheffield Food Books flew out. This is the furthest our jam has got Rodenbach, 30km from Frankfurt so far, I think! The Tour de France is coming! Just Preserve.
