Wednesday, April 23, 2014. I have not entered anything on my blog for years! But I keep doing fun stuff. Here are more wedding treats I did for another wedding this year. These are a favorite cookie I used to buy at a special bakery. I finally figured out how to make them! But it is a secret I am keeping to myself. They are filling with chocolate hazelnut buttercream. This is a plate of all the goodies I made. My first attempt at making macarons. The next three attempts failed. These are not easy! I love.
Sunday, March 15, 2015. First trip to the ER - September 2014. Koby is our first child that we have had to take to the ER; with three boys it was bound to happen sooner or later. The day before our Emergency Room visit looked like this. It was an long, not-fun-at-all visit which included Koby throwing up all over my feet! We initially thought he had appendicitis, but after a few ultrasounds, an IV, and a CT scan it was concluded that Koby had been dehydrated.
