Monday, December 29, 2008. I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. I just wanted to bring to your attention that I have moved my blog to angelaromack. Kept bugging me about it. I understand that you might be disappointed that I have not posted anything in 4 months. Fear not, I have returned. so go check out my blog.
Just finished week 6 of 5K training. Ran 3 times 8 minutes 3 nights this week. 6 weeks ago running 8 minutes straight would have been impossible. 3 more weeks until the Helping House 5K. Running for about 30 minutes straight still seems very difficult but so far the training has been spot on for preparation.

Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Last week I had my first check-up, which included some blood work and another bone mineral density scan. The doctor told me a year ago that if we saw no worsening in BMD we would be very happy.
