Monday, April 5, 2010. Even so, I would like to keep a diary of the work we are doing so am planning to keep up the postings. I made one last year as a present for our relatives in Wales who we stayed with over Easter. I made another one this year as a present and as David commented that he would like to try Simnel cake one ye.
Monday, October 10, 2011. Gave me the orchid pictured above, which is now gloriously in bloom. Thank you, Gregory! Was given to my by my cousin Sue, who grew it from seed. Thank you Sue! The geraniums I bought as porch plants for the summer. But geraniums will often bloom all winter long too. A little fuzzy, but you can see the lavender, rosemary and woodpile quite clearly.
